Sahasra Saravanan

Art has always been a way for creative expression and a way to connect with the community for Sahasra. As Outreach Officer, Sahasra looks for different organizations where our volunteers can make an impact and reach different demographics in our community. Sahasra loves volunteering at the local nursing homes, and uses her knowledge of different medical facilities and the types of people there to prepare different volunteering activities.

She absolutely loves helping others make art as well as seeing the smiles on their faces after they witness their finished beautiful creations. She also helps write and make comics for children in rural communities to help improve health literacy. In her free time, she loves to read, paint, and bike.
