Alekhya Alapati

Alekhya is currently a junior at Centennial High School. As a diligent and determined student, She is passionate about medical devices and technology. Apart from school and academics, Alekhya finds great value in serving her community and volunteering, especially through CITA. Alekhya has been a part of CITA since the beginning and her favorite activity is making crafts during the meetings after school. As one of  the Website Managers, she helps maintain the website and updates it with new information and events to make sure it is easily accessible.  She joined CITA because it allows for self-expression and creativity which can be created through art.

Outside of CITA, Alekhya is also passionate about the environment and volunteers through an organization which focuses on disaster relief and environmental conservation. Alekhya has started a chapter of this organization at her school and finds great joy in spreading her passion for the environment to others. In her free time, Alekhya loves to read, spend time with her friends and family, watch T.V., and play the piano.
