On March 5th, 2023, CITA hosted its first event with residents at The Legacy at Willow Bend in Plano, TX for jewelry making. We had so much fun working with the residents and helping them make necklaces and bracelets for themselves and their grandchildren. We also started off the morning listening to some classics like Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole to set the mood right!
Nishi, Arshia, Sahasra, Riya, and Esha, officers of our Executive Team, had a great time chatting with Gloria and helping her make new jewelry to match with some of her favorite outfits. We worked with Marsha and Mariam to make some beautiful bracelets for their grandkids and Raul to make a bracelet for his wife, Mary!
